Reglementen en Licenties

Licences

Each participant in the Ducati Club Race (except the demo and trackday riding) must have a valid race license. An important element of the race license is an accident- and liability insurance. The event is organized under the Dutch IDC-racing (former OW-cup) license structure. International licenses are not valid (except for the NK classics IHRO, see below). This means you should obtain a one-event license which will be included in your registration. You can also get a full-year IDC-racing license if you plan on racing more in the Dutch IDC-racing championship.

You are eligible for a day license if in the last three years, at least once:

  • you participated in the Ducati Club Race and / or;
  • you have had a recognized racing license and / or;
  • you have completed an approved race license course.

The CRMCH Classics / NK Classics IHRO and Sidecars race under KNMV/FIM regulations. This means that for this race the FIM race license from your national racing union is valid. The OW-cup (one-event) license is not valid for this race.

Applicants with a valid motorcycle drivers license are excluded from this obliged medical inspection (only for motorcylce drivers licenses).

Flag codes

Knowing the meaning of the flag codes and being able to actually apply them is an essential part when driving on a circuit. Riders must immediately adapt their riding behavior on the track to these flag codes. The TT Circuit Assen uses digital flag panels called "digiflags". The digiflags can be displayed at 18 positions along the circuit. Primarily only the digiflags will be displayed. Digiflags can be supplemented or accompanied by flag signals from the track marshalls. The signal that is shown first takes precedence.

You ccan find all flag codes and the instructions for the digiflags here.
